Dinas needed to get back to winning ways after their 3-0 defeat at Caerau Ely last week. This wasn’t going to be easy as the red and blacks welcomed 2nd placed league challengers Abergavenny Town in this must win match.
Dinas were gifted a penalty just before halftime😱 which was promptly dispatched to give the underdogs a first half lead.😁
The second half saw 30 minutes of goalless play until Dinas extended their lead through a Myles Case goal.
Abergavenny Town galvanised an replied making it 2-1 with 10 minutes remaining.
A determined Dinas showed their character and kept out the talented Abergavenny for the last minutes of the game.🥳🥳
Dinas will face Garden Village away next weekend where the ravens will look to extend this recent form . 💪
