In a tough fought battle Dinas reserves beat Treharris 2-1 at home yesterday. The reserves provide a fantastic platform for youth players to sample senior football. Youth player James Hill, who is a product of the DPFC system, put Dinas ahead on his debut for the reserves. Kyle lewis extended the lead with a superb volleyed goal from the Dinas keepers kick. 😱
Treharris fought back hard and nicked a goal back in the second half. Dinas organised themselves well and closed ranks to see the rest of the game without incident.
