A maximum of 2 teams per age group can be entered from each club.

Please ensure that you ask your club secretary to seek permission from SWFA to enter this festival.

GENERAL INFO

A range of hot and cold beverages, food and snacks will be available to purchase throughout the day.

Male and female toilets will be available on The Common, as well as use of the Rugby Club’s toilets. We ask that players remove their boots if using the indoor facilities.

There will be a variety of fun and games here on the day, including face paints, football cage and inflatable football course.

Bins will be conveniently situated around the perimeter of The Common, please ensure that you use them, or take your rubbish away with you.

We ask that any dogs are kept on a lead.

Programmes containing the fixtures for the day will be available to purchase at a cost of £3.

St John’s ambulance will be present on site all day, situated near the cricket pavilion and registration tent.

Parking

If dry weather, car parking on The Common will be charged at £3 and will include a programme containing the fixtures for the day.

A parking route and map will be available to view here by May 1st 2020.

In the event of wet weather, an alternative parking route and map will be available to view here. Please check here 2 days before the event.
